Prof Dr Sabri TEKİR, (born in Ödemiş in 1951). He worked as a Research Assistant at the Aegean University Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences, Department of Economics and London University Political Economy Department. He was a visiting professor at the George Mason University Public Choice Research Institute in the USA. He served as a lecturer and Rector’s consultant at Hoca Ahmet Yesevi University in Kazakhstan, and as a lecturer and Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Girne American University in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. He acted as the head of Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance, head of the Department of Finance Theory, founder president of Salihli Vocational School, founder rector of Tbilisi International Black Sea University, 20th period PM of Izmir and the State Ministry in charge of Economy. During this period, he worked as a member of the Parliament’s Planning and Budget Commission, member and spokesman of the Foreign Affairs Commission, a Turkish Group member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and a Turkish Group member of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. He was the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Izmir University for two terms. He is currently the president of the KAF-DAV Science Board. He works in ESAM Management. Prof Dr Sabri TEKİR has many books and articles published. He is married and has 3 children. He speaks English and Arabic languages.
Sencer İmer was born in Ankara in 1942. His full name is Celalettin Sencer İmer. After completing primary, secondary and high school in Ankara, he went to Berlin in Germany in 1960 for university education with a state scholarship. He graduated from Berlin Technical University in 1965 as a metallurgical engineer. He completed his PhD study in 1868. In 1973, he became an associate professor of Metallurgy at the Technical University of Berlin and a professor in 2004.
He worked as a researcher and lecturer at Berlin Technical University between 1973 and 1982. Between 1982 and 1992, he served as a consultant at the State Planning Organization as a UN expert and provided consultancy to various ministers.
He worked as a board member and deputy chairman of Erdemir, asil-steel and Türkiye Demir ve Çelik İşletmeleri A.Ş. (TDÇİ) and between 1989 and 1992, he was the general manager of TDÇİ. Since 1992, he has been a lecturer of Ankara University, Faculty of Science. He also gives Turkish economy and comparative economics courses at the international relations departments of Hacettepe and TOBB Universities.
Since 1995, he has been a founding member and board member of Kardemir. He is the founder and board member of the Turkish-German vocational education foundation Meksa, which he chaired for 10 years. He holds a first-degree German State Order of Service.
Between 2009 and 2013, Sencer İmer served as the dean of the AKSARAY University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Anka Institute.
Sencer İmer is married and has 3 children.

Ramazan Evren was born in 1954. He completed his primary and secondary education in Antalya. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department Industrial Engineering. He started his academic studies as an assistant at the same university. He received his Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering in 1975 and his PhD in 1979.
After the PhD study, he was a visiting lecturer at Purdue University of the US between 1981 and 1982. Following his return, he became an Associate Professor in 1984 and a Professor in 1989 at Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Business, Department of Industrial Engineering.
At the same university, he gave lectures on System Analysis, Production Planning, Operations Research, Decision Analysis, Multi-Purpose Decision Making, and directed various theses. In the meantime, he was the executive and consultant of many projects in the public and private sectors.
In 1992, he was appointed as the “Founding Rector” of Sakarya University. Durig this duty, to which he was appointed as the “youngest rector of Turkey”, he visited many universities in the US and Europe in order to determine the foreign universities to which lecturers would be sent under the qualified lecturer education program.
While he was still teaching at Istanbul Technical University, he was also a member of the Council of Higher Education between 1996 and 2000.
Between 2004 and 2005, he acted as the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality General Secretary and board chairman of İGDAŞ and İDO A.Ş.
He served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of “Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University” between 2011 and 2019.
He is still working as the Rector’s consultant, member of the senate and lecturer at the Department of Industrial Engineering of Istanbul Technical University.
He works on Multipurpose Decision Making / Decision Analysis and has two published books on the subject and many international / national articles and papers published in International Journals. Professor EVREN, who speaks English and German, is married and has two children.
Professor Dr. Murat Yülek is the Rector of OSTİM Technical University. He worked as lecturer at several universities including Georgetown, Duke and Yale, and held senior management positions in various companies and banks. Having many works, Yülek worked as an economist in the IMF and an investment banker in the Islamic Development Bank. He took responsibilities in various countries in the fields of economic development, corporate finance, management and macroeconomic policy. He acted as a consultant for organizations such as the World Bank, EBRD and UNCTAD. His book, Industrial Policy and Sustainable Growth, was among the 10 most downloaded books in the economy books published by the well-known international publisher Springer in 2018.
Professor Dr Bayram Ali ERSOY was born in Istanbul Bayrampaşa in 1974. Dr Ersoy, who is originally from Isparta, is the second child of a family with 5 children.
After completing his primary and high school education in Bayrampaşa with outstanding success, he graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Education, Department of Mathematics Teaching and graduated at the end of 1996.
Shortly after he started to work as a civil servant in Bayrampaşa Municipality in 1997, he started his academic life as a research assistant at Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Mathematics. He completed his Master’s Degree in 1999 and PhD in 2002 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmet Göksel Ağargün. In 2003, he continued to work as a lecturer and in 2004 as an assistant professor. Between 2008 and 2009, he carried out postdoctoral studies with the support of TUBITAK at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA for 1 year. After receiving the title of Associate Professor in 2012, he has been working as a professor at YTU since 2017.
Since the end of 2010, he has worked as the Erasmus Coordinator of the University and also acted as the International Relations Coordinator. Between 2015 and 2016, he served as the Deputy Director of the Institute of Science. After working as the deputy Personnel department director between August 2016 and the end of November 2017, he has been the General Secretary of the University. He also works as the Vice Dean of Applied Sciences, Head of the Department of Mathematics, Algebra and Number Theory, and a Senator.
Professor Dr Bayram Ali ERSOY has 18 SCI Expanded articles, 18 International articles, 50 International papers, 2 books and 1 international book translation works. He has supervised various master’s and PhD theses and currently has 5 PhD and 1 master’s students.
He is married with two children and has English proficiency.
In addition, he has been continuing his duties as the Istanbul representative of ESAM and Cihannuma Headquarters member of the board.
